Last Monday my friend Mandy came up from Virginia for a couple days to visit, since we don't get to see each other except when we're at the beach. We didn't realize that she only lived about 3 hours away until now, so she could've visited alot more pretty easily. Now that we know, she plans to visit when she has more time.
Anyway, we went to see Dark Knight in IMAX that afternoon, along with Mike and Ryan, which rocked, though I wasn't really all that impressed with the actual IMAX part of it. It's just a giant screen with more speakers. It didn't make me feel like I was "in the movie" any more than usual. Movie was still just as amazing. Afterward, we all came back and played Rock Band the rest of the night.
Tuesday we went to see Stepbrothers with Ryan, Amber and Kyle, after Kyle managed to scrape the shit out of the side of the van by driving out of my entryway. He hasn't wanted to drive since XD. The movie was hilarious, finally a Ferrel movie I absolutely loved. More Rock Band and TV afterwards, along with Mandy getting me to start watching the season of Dexter I've owned for months. I'm horrible with watching seasons of shows on dvd, unless its Lost >.>. I think its partly because I can choose when I watch, unlike when its on TV, and I can miss it. I'm trying to get better, as I have a bunch to watch (*cough* hi kitty *cough*>.>).
Wednesday we just hung out for a few hours before she had to go home and pack for a cruise. Had an awesome time with her, and can't wait to see her again over Xmas break :D
Skip to Saturday when I went to see the new X-files movie with Ryan and Kyle. It was really good, which surprised me, as it did shitty at the box office and got horrible reviews. Afterwards we came back and had dinner with Ryans family and the Pinkstons, as Ryan left for JMU again the next day. Dirty jokes are dangerous, kids.
I've been reading Watchmen, since I've never read it, and its great so far, but I also read the second Hedge Knight GN. That was awesome, and it makes me want to reread the ASoIaF books again, just so I can read more GRRM >.<.
Anyway, thats all, I'm off to Dave and Busters for the night :D

Last weekend Denise and her friend Danielle drove down for the weekend to hang out and see Dark Knight with us. They got here late Friday night, hung out and watched TV and just screwed around for a little before going to bed.
Saturday we just hung out until the movie, which was fucking amazing. Heath Ledger was absolutely fantastic and we've lost one of the worlds most talented actors in my opinion. It'll be a crime if he doesn't get an Oscar(heh, get it? Crime, cuz hes a criminal? This is gold, people and it doesn't write itself). After the movie we went to try and get all of the old Batman movies (the ones with Keaton, Kilmer and Clooney, not West, though I would like to own those too) and Batman Begins since neither Kyle nor I had it. He got all 4 of the pre-Bale ones and I got Forever and Batman and Robin. I ordered Begins and Gotham Knight on Blu-Ray when we got home >.> That night we played Halo online with this kid that was stoned off his ass. It was hilarious.
Sunday we hung around playing Brawl and a little more Halo until they had to leave at around 3p, which kinda sucked but luckily they avoided potentially being in a major accident that shut down 90 miles of the turnpike. They didn't get home until 10 but at least they got there.
Tomorow Mandy comes to visit and I finally get to see TDK in IMAX!!!!

Well I'm back from NC. Have been since early Sunday. It was an awesome trip, probably one of the best ever down there.
We left by about 8am on the 12th, had a pretty uneventful trip, and got to the house by about 7p. We unpacked a bit, set up my room, then ordered Domino's and ate out on the porch. Not a bad start. Some of my friends came by to say hi a little after we got there too, so that was nice.
Next few days were pretty relaxed; just hung out around the house, sitting outside, enjoying the heat since the house was a fucking icebox. Seriously. My nips were chilled.

Thursday night my friend Ryan came down from JMU to spend a week with us, which rocked (hi fatty).
On Friday the 4th, everyone from the other house came over for dinner. Over 20 people under one roof. Quite a high number but luckily our house is big enough. My uncle took a group picture with everyone in it, and here she be's.

Then Saturday night Ryan, Tyler, my nurse Joy, her kids Makeisha and David and I went to a strip club in Myrtle. 5 lap dances (1 free ;))and $100 later, we got home at 4:00am and didn't get to sleep until 5am. Good times :D.
Sunday we went to Ryan's parent's new house down near us, which was a really nice place. Getting in the place though? Not quiet so nice. I had to go up 4 steep steps on a jury-rigged ATV ramp. That was so awesome! And then getting out? Awesomer. Picture a marine holding me from behind, and a 6'6 football player guiding me down a steepass ramp. Trying to slow me down with his head. Sounds like a gay orgy gone horribly wrong. Once in though, we had dinner, which was cool.

Thats Ryan, we're gay for each other, deal with it.

That's Tyler (the marine), Val, and I on Ryan's porch.
Monday most of us went to see Hancock, which sadly was pretty bad, though I don't think any amount of bad movies can destroy my man-love for Will Smith, Big Willie style. Also saw Hellboy II later in the week, and that was really good. Much better than the first one, which I need to watch again to see if I like it any better, since I hated it. Del Toro is a master character designer though. Every single one of his monsters is just breathtaking. I'm definately a fan.
The rest of the week was spent playing poker, hanging out, doing puzzles, and getting drunk. I actually got drunk twice. I enjoyed it thoroughly both times, and remember them both. How sick is that? I also remember being fascinated by a ceiling fan...

I did all of these myself, don't believe anyone elses lies.
We left Saturday morning at 7:30am, had a pretty smooth, fast ride most of the way, until we were almost through Washington, which was about three hours away from home. Before then, we were planning on getting back at around 5pm. That was before the cadilitic converter decided to take an everloving shit on us and stop...converting, or whatever the fuck it does. We managed to get off the highway and get to a Citgo with an autoshop. Luckily, the guys there could fix it, but it would take some time. Like five fucking hours. So we screwed around in "town" for a bit. Mostly we sat in a Five Guys joint because it had, yknow, seating and food. And ice. God bless ice. So cold, and not hot.
Anyway, after that fun mini trip, we got back on the road for a for a couple hours before our tire blew! Yay!! 45 minutes later the AAA guy came and changed it out, and then followed us to a gas station to top the air out of the spare. The one we blew was weird though, as it was shreded but didnt blow out, only a slow leak. It shouldv'e blown at the speed we were going, so we were really lucky.
We got home at 12:30am, with a 17 hour trip behind us. God damn did my bed feel good. Trips suck. Vacations rock, but trips suck.
As for now, Denise and Danielle are coming tonight, then tomorow we see The Dark Knight! Till next time.

Been a busy week over at the house that cripple built. We leave in the wee hours of the morning to go to Sunset Beach, North Carolina for two weeks. Should be a blast as always. Full write-up once I return.
Did manage to see two movies though. Kung Fu Panda and Get Smart. Both were very funny and well worth the price. Skadoosh.
Been watching these three guys play through every Mario game for charity. Its pretty cool. I'm too lazy to embed the link so here it is: http://kotaku.com/5020337/the-super-mar io-marathon-for-childs-play
Think that does it for me for tonight. I gotta get ready for bed so I can get up at around 4. Joy. Take it easy and I'll see you all when I get back.

So it's been a couple of weeks since my last entry, figured it was time for an update.
Been a busy-ish summer so far, which is great, as alot of times I sit around the house for three months with nothing to do for the most part. This year I'm making an effort to do more shit, even if most of it does have to be with my parents. Don't get me wrong; I love my parents, but I'm 20. I need to do things that don't involve them. They're involved in a huge amount of my life, and I need a part of it that doesn't have them with me 24/7. I just need to figure out how to do it. Maybe if I became a gigolo....
Anyway, I saw Caspian awhile ago and thought it was really good. Much better than the first one in every respect, especially the acting which I found painful before. Went out a few other times since then, finally saw Roberta's new house, which is cool. She has a damn lake in her development. It's huge! Very nice place.
Also went to a graduation party of Jesse, Julie's oldest son. That was pretty fun. Little weird having alot of people know me when I didn't really know them, but I'm just so goddamn popular that it's a cross I'll just have to bear.
Then Friday night I went to see The Hulk. Awesome movie. Marvel has done it again with the big green guy. They're really getting some good steam going with these movies, and the whole connected universe behind them is just fucking fantastic. 2009 is going to be far too long.

So Friday night I went into Phoenixville to the Steel Cities coffee house to see Susan Gourman preform. Doubt anyone reading this has heard of her, as the only reason I have is because shes on the committee for the trust thats set up for me. I needed to go because she was pimping the trust to try and get people to give some money, because all her friends are loaded, plus they auctioned off a bunch of stuff which also helped. Considering her music really isn't my first choice of listening material, I had a fairly good time. I was also reminded of the fact that my dad cannot hold his liquor.
Saturday I went to see Indiana Jones with Kyle and dad and it was awesome. Very much in the vain of the old ones. Harrison was awesome as usual, as were Shia and Karen. The man ain't dead yet :D.

Been a couple weeks since my last update. Meant to write one last week but never got to it.
Mothers Day was last Sunday and we went to dinner at Dueling Kurts (thats how its said, not sure on the spelling) with my grandma, aunt, cousin Christine and her son Anthony. It was a good time, though I wish Matt hadn't had to work so we could've hung out when it was still light out instead of after 11p. Anthony actually talked to me and didn't hide behind anyone. He's only six and I don't see him that much so I don't get offended by it, but its cool to be able to talk to him now, hopefully. After diner I chased him around a bit outside and the little bastard already figured out "Christian can't get me if I go up a step or steep slope." Goddamn kids >.<.
The rest of the week was pretty bland. Played some GTA VI, finished Ender's Game (excellent book), basically just hung out.
Tonight though, I went to another Soul game with my dad. Always a good time there. We beat Ohio 51-43 to go 10-2 in the series. Though I saw half the game because of the 100+ person line to get to the ticket booth. We bought ours online, but we still had to pick them up. So we waited for a good 30 mins outside before some guy came up to us and got us our tickets ahead of the second half of the line. My dad wanted to bitch and see if someone would take pity on me and get us in quicker, but I wouldn't let him, as I hate when he does that. If everyone else has to wait, so do I. If someone takes pity of their own accord, so be it, but I wasn't going to let him ask for it. The weather wasn't terrible and I was fine. Just wait it out.
Whew, that was longish. I'm off to bed. Till next time.

I do believe its bloggin time.
Been busy with stuffs lately, plus I'm lazy.
Class has been going pretty well, with my major presentation getting cleared with an A. Now its pretty much just glide through the last two weeks. I really enjoy my prof and am looking forward to having him again in the fall. I'm looking forward to summer even more though ;).
A couple weeks ago I went to a Wings game, which is the Philly lacrosse team. That was pretty sweet. It was my first Lax game and I liked it. Football and hockey in one sport? Yes please.
Then last Saturday my parents and I went back to the Pinkston's for their annual tree blooming party. They have a huge tree sprouting out of their deck and every year the Saturday after it blooms they hold a party. That was great fun as always: watched some of the draft, the end of True Lies, and got to hold baby Jax. Little bastard's adorable, especially when he's sucking on an empty beer bottle.
And last but not least, Ryan came home on Wednesday, so he and Amber came over for a few hours and played GTA for a while. Then yesterday he came back and played Mario Kart until we went to see Forgetting Sarah Marshal, which was pretty funny.
I WILL be posting after I see Iron Man on Sunday.

It's been almost two weeks, and nothings really happend. The reason I don't post much is because I refuse to do idle posts. By that I mean I won't post until something post-worthy happens. Not gonna bore you few who read this.
Anyway, Saturday my old middle school art teacher had an art show, so I went to that. Saw the Pinkstons and some of my other middle school teachers, as well as some new faces. Scott's a great artist and this is the first time I'd ever actually seen his work.
Afterward we were invited back to Scott's for cocktails/dinner, and that was good fun. Fireworks, vodka, beer pong, wet shirts and pants. It was a good night.
Hopefully my next post will be a little more substantial, maybe some big news or something. We'll see.

Sadly, they weren't in the same place.
A week ago Friday I went to a comedy club in Philly called Helium to see Nick Dipaolo with my rents, my friend Ryan and his rents. Dipaolo had two frontrunners before him and they were both great. In fact, I think the kid that came out before Nick was the best of the three, though that may be partially due to the fact that he ragged on my dad a bunch throughout his set. Anyone that knows my dad knows when he laughs, he fucking LAUGHS. "Oh god sir, don't die on me." "You look like you're about to keel over." "Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to thank my dad for coming out tonight." It was fantastic.
Then Sunday was Easter and nothing really big happend. We had my aunt, grandma, cousin and her rugrat, along with Kyle and Nyomi for dinner. Nothing really irregular happend; we had dinner, hung out, yada yada. Heard the food was pretty good.
Thats pretty much it for now. Catch you later.

So I've been meaning to write this for a week now, but having ADD is a bitch. Lets see if it gets done this time.
DO was last weekend and it was a fucking blast. Everyone had an awesome time. Friday night we all went out to Dave & Busters for booze and food. We sat in front of a group of drunk chicks who were so loud we all wanted to kick their asses. Here's pic from dinner (notice the half empty and empty glasses):

Saturday we got up and pretty much went straight to lunch, as it was 1pm by the time I got out of the hotel. We went out to The Cheesecake Factory and pretty much Pictochatted through the whole thing. There was also some sort of cake at some point, but I'm not sure. It may have been carrot. Here's a pic of Kyle and I (see the resemblance? Me either :P):

Saturday I got my hands on an early copy of Brawl, so that night we got my Wii set up in the other room (with alot of help from Doug and Rachael, who went back to their dorm to get a tv we could hook something up to <3) and played for a few hours. The game is awesome and even better with a big group. Here's a pic of the drunken fun:

Sunday we spent most of the day at the actual event we came all the way to go to, as it closed at 6pm. We did go intermittently throughout the weekend, but we just stayed until closing that night. It was a great event ran by awesome people like Nimby, Dicion, Dirt, Tim (Mr. Shineyhair :P), buu, worm, and all the others. See you guys next year :D.
Sunday night was more craziness in the hotel, and a bit more drunken Brawl, before Doug and Rach had to take the tv back.
Monday we packed up all our shit and went back home, out of NE territory. If I heard one more thing about the Patriots, somebody was getting throttled. And not in the fun way. Also forgot to mention that the nurse I brought with me was sick all weekend, and turned out to be kind of a prick to Kyle and Kitty. Not sure he's staying much longer.
That night we slept. Almost forgot what that was.
Can't wait for '09!

So it's been 2 weeks. Thats not too bad, right?
Not too much has happend lately. Been going to class twice a week, yada yada. Nothing new there. I did have a nice surprise after I came back from class on Tuesday. My cousin Matt, who I used to hang out with a lot prior to high school and haven't seen for awhile, was waiting for me. Turns out he got to work and they didn't need him until 5, and he had about 5 hours to kill. So he decided to chill with me, which was very cool. I've missed spending time with him. We played a little Halo and watched American Gangster, which he had to leave with about 30 minutes left. He was less than pleased because it's a kickass movie and he had to miss the end. Fucker was 3 hours though.
Skip to today, my friend Ryan had IM'd me a couple days ago asking if I wanted to go see Be Kind, Rewind with him and his girlfriend. So we did that today and it was really good. Better than we thought it would be. What made really great though, was that we went alone. By that I mean we went without one of my parents or a nurse. Just the 3 of us. It was fucking blissful. While I've gotten used to doing everything with an "adult," it gets frustrating to always be with one. Today I got to feel way more independent then I have in a long time. Will be doing again soon.
Next weekend is DO, and I'm psyched!!! Hoping the nursing situation works out so my mom doesn't have to go again. Will be a kickass time.
Until...probably sometime after DO.

Yea its been a week, and nothings really happend, hence my no posting.
Been reading some graphic novels lately after finishing A Feast for Crows. Got through Planet Hulk a couple weeks ago. That was really good, though I'm not quite sure when he learned to speak besides feral grunting. Read The Hedge Knight after that, and it rocked. Martin is amazing and is probably my favorite author. After that I read Marvel Zombies vs Army of Darkness...which sucked, honestly. I was expecting a sequel to Marvel Zombies, which was great, but this blew ass. Not worth the cover price. Now I'm reading The Gunslinger Born, which is great so far. Got plenty of other shit to read after I'm done too.
Besides reading, I've been fiending on some DS games, namely Zelda and Phoenix Wright. I blame Kitty and Laura >.>.
Think thats all for now. More later...ish.

So today has been pretty interesting. Got up at 7:45 this morning so that my night nurse could help my mom get me in my chair by 9 since my dad is out of town for the weekend. I screw around watching the Today show, messing with the dog, etc until its time to leave for class at around 9:45. My mom and I go outside to start the van. Nothin. Turn the key again. Nothin. Shit.
First we thought it was the battery, so she got the other car out to jump the van. Needless to say, we had lights so it wasn't the battery. We had just had a new starter put in on Friday, but apparently it was bad, so we call AAA and they send out a redne-I mean representative to see what they could do. Of course, they couldn't get the van out of our courtyard because of the garage. So Mr. Shitteeth calls another guy with a different truck or something and he asked for a hammer so he could tap it, which made it start. Long story short, it got fixed, and I got to skip class guilt free :D
I ordered a bunch of stuff over the past week, 3 books and a game, plus I asked my mom to pick up Devil May Cry 4 while she was out. That's installing now and I'll play it in a bit. God I love Social Security :D
Till next time, folks.

So today is my 20th. Goddamn. No longer a teenager. To celebrate, my mom got me 6 tickets to go see Avenue Q. So I went with both my rents, Kyle and my uncle type person and his daughter/my friend. It was amazing, hilarious, and it had puppet sex. How does that not spell a good time? It's about life after college and finding your purpose in life.
It had all the Sesame Street type characters, like the 2 gay roommates, the monster obsessed with one thing(porn), and...GARY COLEMAN?! Yes even Gary Coleman...played by a chick who looked nothing like Gary Coleman, but so it goes. At least she could sing.
The songs were catchy as shit too. My favorite one has to be The Internet is for Porn, which my title is taken from. I've been listening to the soundtrack all night ;)
Afterwards we came home and they gave me a Little Fwoosh shirt with Richard from LFG on it and the other Jeff Dunham dvd I didn't have, Spark of Insanity. Also was supposed to get the Family Guy Star Wars special from Kyle, but his dumb ass forgot it. Hi Kyle! :D
Tomorrow is the Superbowl and I could honestly give a shit about it, but I'm going to watch it anyway in hopes of seeing the Pats lose.
I can dream.

So I went to RAW on Monday night with Kyle and my dad and had a pretty good time. I got to stare at pretty ladies and watch guys fly through the air. Good shit. DX reformed for a match which was pretty cool and Rick Flair made an appearance with his signature WOOO and strut. John Cena came back after winning I think the Royal Rumble the night before. He wanted a piece of Randy Orten for putting him out of commission. So that was pretty cool. Kyle made a Vince '08 poster but Vince didn't come out, sadly. All and all a pretty good night, except for this one prick sitting next to us who needed so much fucking recognition for his "clever wit." He was constantly shouting idiotic remarks trying to goad the wrestlers, and if he didn't think we heard his oh so hilarious commentary, he would tap us and say it again. The man was one tap away from seeing what it was like to fly from section 112.
Anyway, holy shit there's only 3 days left until I'm 20 baby! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Until Saturday, fuckers.

Yea ok so maybe I do. This window has been open for about 2 days because I had no idea what to write about. Then I realized I'm actually doing things worth talking about soon. This isn't really going to be an intro post because everyone who reads it already knows me ;) If not, send me a message.
On Monday I'm going to RAW with my cousin Kyle. He's a Ginger but I'm immune so no worries there. Next Saturday is my 20th birthday, and I'm going to Avenue Q with my parents, Ginger boy and Denise(HI KITTY!). Then in early March I'm going to Providence to DO, again with Kitty and Ginger McPale ass (don't ask). All should be a damn good time.
Otherwise not much is going on. I've been fiending on Lost for the last 2 weeks after getting all 3 seasons on dvd for $90 total. That was too good to pass up, plus now I can be ready when the 4th season starts on Thursday, even though the fucking strike is going to interfere.
Well I think thats enough for now. I can't promise that I'll update this thing alot, but I'll shoot for once a week.
